11:50 AM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NextTrip ( NTRP ) said Tuesday it completed its acquisition of a 49% stake in luxury travel agency Five Star Alliance.

The company expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings.

NextTrip ( NTRP ) said it has secured an option to acquire full ownership of Five Star on or before April 7 as part of the transaction.

NextTrip ( NTRP ) shares were up 5.6% in recent trading.
