Nexus Industrial REIT Target Raised to $8.50 at BMO
Aug 19, 2024 10:54 AM

01:40 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nexus Industrial REIT's second quarter results were ahead of expectations, and bolstered BMO's confidence regarding the runway for earnings upside through 2025.

Capital recycling ($107 million of dispositions under contract) should push the REIT's industrial weighting closer to 100% (from 93%) and more than offset the additional capex required to complete the active development pipeline, writes analyst Michael Markidis.

Target increased slightly to $8.50 (from $8.00). Maintain Market Perform.

Price: 7.91, Change: +0.08, Percent Change: +1.02
