Nexxen, VIDAA Sign Non-Binding Deal to Extend Partnership

05:36 PM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nexxen International ( NEXN ) and VIDAA have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to potentially extend and expand their current strategic partnership for several years past its scheduled end in late 2026.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The MOU gives the company exclusive global access to VIDAA's Automatic Content Recognition data, expands its ad monetization rights in North America, and includes a potential investment to boost VIDAA's US smart TV growth, all subject to final agreements and customary closing conditions, Nexxen ( NEXN ) said Thursday.
