Jan 20 (Reuters) - The National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration (NHTSA) on Monday upgraded its investigation into
an estimated 295,125 U.S. Honda Motor ( HMC ) vehicles from a
preliminary evaluation to an engineering analysis over reports
of inadvertent activation of the automatic emergency braking
system.
The analysis involves Honda Insight and Honda Passport
vehicles.
