12:06 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NICE (NICE) said Tuesday it expanded its collaboration with Salesforce ( CRM ) through enhanced integration between NiCE CXone Mpower and Salesforce Service Cloud, enabling their joint client base to offer artificial intelligence-powered customer services.
Under the agreement, the companies will invest in enabling Bring Your Own Contact Center, including customer-managed channels and NiCE's workforce engagement management capabilities in the Service Cloud unified desktop, according to a statement.
Organizations can use CXone Mpower's orchestration and AI capabilities as well as workforce augmentation services within Salesforce Service Cloud's unified desktop for service representatives to better manage customer journeys, according to the company.
NiCE also said it plans to join the Salesforce Zero Copy Partner Network as the first in the Contact Center ecosystem to unify contact center interaction insights with customer relationship management data through a bidirectional Zero Copy integration with Salesforce Data Cloud.
