NICE Q4 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Declines

05:49 AM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NICE (NICE) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $3.02 per diluted share, up from $2.36 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.95.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $721.6 million, up from $623.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $714.6 million.

The company said it expects Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $2.78 to $2.88. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.90.

The company expects revenue for the quarter of $693 million to $703 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $725.3 million.

For 2025, the technology company expects non-GAAP EPS of 12.13 to $12.33. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $12.29.

Revenue for the year is expected to be $2.92 billion to $2.94 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3 billion.

NICE shares declined more than 10% in recent premarket activity.
