May 26, 2025 2:54 AM

11:38 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NICE (NICE) said Wednesday it entered a partnership with ServiceNow ( NOW ) to combine the companies' artificial intelligence and automation capabilities, aiming to help businesses deliver fully automated customer service fulfillment.

The companies are bringing together real-time customer service automation and enterprise workflow management to remove operational silos that adversely affect customer service delivery, NICE said.

The company said organizations can have a single and integrated platform that connects front-office customer interactions with middle and back-office fulfillment processes, intended to allow businesses to provide faster resolutions, lower service gaps and optimize agent productivity.

The new offering is expected to be available in Q4, NICE said.
