Nickel 28 Provides Share Buyback Update
Sep 10, 2024 11:58 PM

11:34 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nickel 28 Capital ( CONXF ) on Tuesday said it repurchased a total 359,500 shares from August 9 to September 6, inclusive, under its normal course issuer bid.

The stock buyback period began on July 26. Nickel 28 can buy back up to 7.15 million of its shares.

"It is still our view that the best use of capital in this difficult nickel and cobalt price environment, is to lower the share capital issued and outstanding by utilizing the NCIB, as an on-going first step to creating shareholder value in a difficult market," said chief executive Christopher Wallace.

Nickel 28 was last seen down $0.03 to $0.64, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
