08:16 AM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nickel Creek Platinum (NCP.TO), which is advancing the Nickel Shaw project in Alaska, said on Thursday that it is raising up to $600,000 in a private placement priced at $0.90 per share with the proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.

Closing is expected around Sept. 26.

The company was trading at 52-week lows yesterday at $0.84 per share.
