Nickel Creek Platinum Share Consolidation Gets TSX Approval

07:07 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nickel Creek Platinum ( NCPCF ) late on Thursday said it received approval from the TSX for a share consolidation on the basis of one new common share for every 100 pre-consolidation common share. The consolidation will become effective Aug. 19.

As a result of the consolidation, the number of outstanding common shares of Nickel Creek will be reduced to about 5.1 million from about 508.5 million.

Computershare Investor Services, the company's transfer agent, will act as exchange agent for the consolidation.
