07:28 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nickel Creek Platinum ( NCPCF ) (NCP.V, NCP.TO) on Friday said that later this month the company's common shares will shift to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) from the TSX under the trading symbol "NCP."

"This shift to the TSXV allows Nickel Creek to focus on the excellent exploration potential on the large land package at the Nickel Shaw Project with both a nickel and copper focus" said Nickel Creek Chief Executive Stuart Harshaw.

The mining and exploration company expects to delist its common shares from the TSX on or about Dec 20 and list its common shares on the TSXV on or about Dec 23.

Shares of the company fell 3% on Thursday.
