10:27 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nicola Mining ( HUSIF ) said Wednesday that it commenced production of gold and silver concentrate at the Merritt mill in British Columbia.

The company said it launched production after extensive upgrades including automation, gravity separation and water recirculation systems.

Nicola said that Talisker Resources ( TSKFF ) recently announced the shipment of about 3,100 tonnes of gold ore from the Mustang project to Nicola's Merritt mill.

Nicola also entered a partnership with Blue Lagoon Resources (BLLG.CN), which is preparing to start bulk sample production at the Dominion Creek gold project. Nicola holds a 75% economic interest in the project.
