NioCorp Completes Drilling Program at Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project

08:01 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NioCorp Developments ( NB ) said Monday it has completed an exploratory drilling program funded by the Pentagon at its Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in southeast Nebraska.

The company said it is now undertaking drill core processing and analysis, and expects to release the results shortly.

The drilling program was aimed at supporting its application with the Export-Import Bank of the US for a debt financing package of up to $800 million for the Elk Creek project, NioCorp said.

Shares of the company were up more than 1% in recent premarket activity Monday.
