08:54 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NioCorp Developments ( NB ) said Monday it has completed the purchase of three land parcels associated with its Elk Creek critical minerals project.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The acquisition supports the company with land required to locate a "significant" portion of the project's planned production operations and infrastructure, NioCorp added.

Shares of the company were up 7.6% in recent Monday premarket activity.
