NioCorp Developments Launches Public Share Offering

04:39 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NioCorp Developments ( NB ) said late Wednesday it launched a proposed public offering of common shares in the US.

The offering is subject to market conditions, and the company plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, it said.

Shares of NioCorp Developments ( NB ) were down more than 6% in premarket activity Thursday.
