NioCorp to Ramp Up Pre-Construction at Elk Creek Project After $60.7 Million Equity Raise

08:32 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NioCorp (NB) said Tuesday it will speed up pre-construction activities at its Elk Creek minerals project in Nebraska after raising about $60.7 million from institutional investors in recent equity offerings.

The company said it closed a $41.8 million offering on Friday and an $18.9 million offering on April 21.

While advancing the Elk Creek project, NioCorp said it pursuing various initiatives including land acquisition plans, geomechanical and hydrogeological fieldwork, detailed engineering, and early site development.
