Nio's sub-brand Firefly to use HERE's map data in global markets

BEIJING, July 8 (Reuters) - Chinese electric vehicle

maker Nio's sub-brand Firefly will use HERE

Technologies' map data and location services in global markets

to power advanced driver assistance systems, the digital mapping

firm said on Tuesday.

As part of a partnership announced Tuesday, Firefly will

leverage HERE's data to support the intelligent speed assistance

requirement within the EU, HERE said in a statement.
