NIP Group Launching Partnership With Optics Valley Traffic to Set Up Digital Entertainment Hub; Shares Rise Pre-Bell

09:28 AM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NIP Group ( NIPG ) said Tuesday that it is launching a partnership with Optics Valley Traffic to co-develop a digital entertainment hub in Wuhan, China.

The company said the new high-tech esports center will feature live streaming facilities, influencer-themed districts, esports training centers, and IP-based tournaments. The center is expected to be fully operational in May, the company added.

Financial details of the partnership were not provided.

NIP Group ( NIPG ) shares were up 11% in recent premarket activity.
