10:46 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nisun International Enterprise Development Group ( NISN ) said Thursday its largest shareholder increased his stake in the company to almost 22% from about 19% through open-market purchases.

Bodang Liu bought 102,700 shares at an average per-share price of $9.73 on Aug. 8- 9 and Aug. 19, investing almost $1 million.

Shares of Nisun rose 3.7% in recent Thursday trading.
