Nkarta Shares Rise After Nadir Mahmood Named as President

12:09 PM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nkarta ( NKTX ) shares rose 12% in recent trading Tuesday after Nadir Mahmood was named company president.

Mahmood shares executive leadership with Paul Hastings, who continue as chief executive officer, the company said.

Mahmood previously served as CEO of Rezo Therapeutics.

David Shook was promoted to chief medical officer, head of research and development, the company said.

Mahmood and Shook both report to Hastings
