03:22 PM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NMP Acquisition ( NMPAU ) said Wednesday it has closed an initial public offering of 10 million units at $10.00 per unit.

Each unit consists of one class A share and one right, with each right allowing the holder to receive one-fifth of one class A share upon NMP Acquisition's ( NMPAU ) signing of a merger deal, the company said.

The underwriter was granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 1.5 million units to cover over-allotments, NMP Acquisition ( NMPAU ) said.

The blank check company said its units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "NMPAU" on July 1.

Once its securities begin trading separately, the class A ordinary shares and rights are expected to list on Nasdaq under the symbols "NMP" and "NMPAR," respectively, NMP Acquisition ( NMPAU ) said.
