09:40 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NN (NNBR) said Monday it has named Chris Bohnert as chief financial officer, effective Tuesday.

Bohnert succeeds Mike Felcher, who is leaving the company but will consult during the transition, the high-precision components maker said.

Bohnert was most recently an advisor to the CEO of Commercial Vehicle Group ( CVGI ) and that company's CFO, NN said.
