NNN REIT CFO Kevin Habicht to Retire; Vincent Chao Is Successor

04:58 PM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NNN REIT ( NNN ) said Chief Financial Officer Kevin Habicht will retire, effective March 31.

Vincent Chao was named CFO, effective April 1, the company said Monday in a statement. Most recently, he was managing director of finance at RPT Realty, which was acquired by Kimco Realty ( KIM ) in 2024.
