NNN REIT Reports Increase in Unsecured Credit Facility to $1.2 Billion

05:13 PM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NNN REIT ( NNN ) said late Tuesday its unsecured bank credit facility has been expanded to $1.2 billion from $1.1 billion, with an accordion feature to further increase the size up to $2.0 billion.

Pricing and other material loan provisions remain unchanged, the company said.

The updated credit facility matures in April 2028, with extension options up to April 2029.
