Nokia Enters Patent License Agreement With Samsung for its Video Technologies

05:55 AM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nokia ( NOK ) said Wednesday that it has signed a multi-year patent license agreement for the use of its video technologies in Samsung's televisions in exchange for royalty payments.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The company said that this is separate from the parties' existing 5G patent license agreement.
