04:45 AM EDT, 09/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ericsson (ERIC) and Nokia ( NOK ) will be the key technology vendors for Vodafone's ( VOD ) VodafoneThree 5G mobile network, the companies said Monday.

Ericsson said its eight-year, 12.5 billion-Swedish-krona ($1.33 billion) deal makes it the primary vendor for the project. The company will also provide technology for the majority of VodafoneThree's radio network.

Separately, Nokia ( NOK ) said it secured a new eight-year deal to supply equipment to the company from its AirScale Radio Access Network and Core Networks portfolio in the UK.
