Nokia Expands Agreement to Provide Datacenter Routers, Switches to Microsoft Azure

06:14 AM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nokia ( NOK ) said Thursday that it has signed a five-year expansion of its multi-year deal to provide Microsoft's ( MSFT ) Microsoft Azure with datacenter routers and switches globally.

Financial details of the expanded agreement were not disclosed.

Nokia ( NOK ) said it will supply its 7250 IXR-10e platform for multi-terabit-scale interconnectivity in Microsoft's ( MSFT ) datacenters, starting in February, to support the technology giant's migration to 400GE connectivity from 100GE within its current sites.
