Nokia Launches First Phase of Share Buyback Program

02:30 PM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nokia ( NOK ) said Monday it has launched the first phase of its share buyback program to optimize its capital structure through the reduction of capital.

The company said the buyback will not exceed 300 million euros ($326.1 million), with repurchases to start March 20 at the earliest and end by Dec. 18.
