Nokia to acquire Infinera in $2.3 billion deal

June 27 (Reuters) - Nokia will acquire

Infinera Corp ( INFN ) in a deal valuing it at $6.65 per share,

or an enterprise value of $2.3 billion, the companies said on

Thursday.
