07:33 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nokia ( NOK ) said Tuesday that it has signed an agreement with ZCorum, a provider of broadband diagnostics and managed services, to develop a DOCSIS Provisioning Adapter application for cable-to-fiber transition.

Nokia ( NOK ) said the application is intended to provide cable operators to connect the DOCSIS-based management system with its Altiplano Access Controller. It also said that it expects the application to be available for lab trials by the end of the year.
