07:50 AM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nomad Foods ( NOMD ) said Tuesday it appointed Ruben Baldew as its chief financial officer, starting June 17 subject to receipt of work authorizations.

Baldew will succeed Samy Zekhout, who is leaving his position to explore other opportunities but will remain until July 31 for the transition, according to the company.

Baldew was most recently CFO of Accell Group, following 15 years in various finance roles at Unilever, Nomad Foods ( NOMD ) said.
