07:23 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nomad Foods ( NOMD ) said Friday it has named Dominic Brisby as executive president, chief executive officer-elect, and board member, starting Nov. 3.

Brisby will work with current CEO Stefan Descheemaeker until his retirement on Jan. 1, 2026, when Brisby will assume the CEO role, the company said.

Descheemaeker will remain on the board as a director following the CEO transition, Nomad Foods ( NOMD ) said.

Brisby most recently served as president of North America and Europe at Flora Food Group and was previously interim co-CEO at Imperial Brands.

Shares of the company were up 1.3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
