Nomad Foods Q1 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Increases; Maintains 2024 Guidance; Shares Rise Pre-Bell

09:01 AM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nomad Foods ( NOMD ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Thursday of 0.37 euros ($0.40) per diluted share, down from 0.46 euros a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected 0.37 euros.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was 783.7 million euros, up from 775.1 million euros a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected 788.1 million euros.

The company said it continues to expect full-year 2024 adjusted EPS of 1.75 euros to 1.80 euros. Analysts polled by Capital IQ forecast 1.77 euros.

Organic revenue in 2024 is expected to grow 3% to 4%, the company said. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect 3.15 million euros.

Shares of Nomad Foods ( NOMD ) were up by more than 7% in recent premarket activity.
