09:27 AM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nomad Foods ( NOMD ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of 0.49 euro ($0.57) per diluted share, down from 0.55 euro a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected 0.47 euro.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was 752.4 million euros, compared with 769.6 million euros a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 758.3 million euros.

For 2025, the company said it expects adjusted EPS to be near the low end of its existing guidance range of 1.64 euros to 1.76 euros. Analysts polled by FactSet expect 1.65 euros.

Shares of the company were up more than 4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
