08:36 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nordson ( NDSN ) design and development contract manufacturing sites in Galway, Ireland, and Tecate, Mexico, are to be acquired by Quasar Medical, the company said Thursday.

The deal, expected to close in Q3, will expand Quasar's global CDMO footprint with FDA-registered, ISO-certified facilities and add expertise in catheter design and rapid prototyping, the company said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Nordson ( NDSN ) shares rose by more than 10% in premarket trading.
