Norfolk Southern Reaches 5-year Bargaining Agreement With Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen Union

10:01 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Norfolk Southern ( NSC ) said Tuesday it has agreed to a five-year collective bargaining agreement with the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen union.

The agreement with Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen covers 970 members across the company's network, and provides improvements on pay, health care and vacation benefits, the company said.

With the current agreement in place, Norfolk Southern ( NSC ) said it has reached ratified agreements with 12 of its 13 unions, while a tentative agreement is pending ratification by the final remaining union.
