North American Construction Group Extends and Increases Credit Facility

11:31 AM EDT, 10/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- North American Construction Group ( NOA ) on Friday said it extended its senior secured credit facility to October 3 2025.

The capacity has also been increased to provide greater flexibility in operating the company's Australian and Canadian businesses.

The credit facility provides lending capacity of $525 million, up from $475 million, through Canadian and Australian dollar tranches and also allows for an additional $400 million of secured equipment financing from third party providers, up from $350 million.

North American Construction ( NOA ) was last seen up $0.07 to $24.08 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
