05:52 PM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- North American Construction ( NOA ) said late Wednesday that subsidiary MacKellar Group received a $375 million five-year contract from an existing client in Queensland, Australia.

The deal will transition the hired fleet currently under contract as a dry rental to a fully maintained fleet, according to North American Construction ( NOA ).

The company said the contract will expire on Sept. 30, 2029, and the scopes should fully ramp up by mid-2025, requiring a new maintenance facility and 20 additional units that will be purchased and constructed by MacKellar primarily in Q4.
