10:38 AM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Northeast Bank ( NBN ) said Monday it has struck an equity distribution deal with Piper Sandler ( PIPR ) and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods for an at-the-market offering of up to $75 million of voting common shares.

Northeast Bank ( NBN ) said it will offer all the shares to be sold in the offering, while Piper Sandler ( PIPR ) and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods will be the distribution agents.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
