NorthEast Community Bancorp Sets Special Dividend, Raises Quarterly Dividend

03:38 PM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NorthEast Community Bancorp ( NECB ) said Thursday its board set a special dividend of $0.15 per share.

The company said its board also raised quarterly dividend to $0.15 from $0.10 a share.

The dividends are payable on or about Nov. 6 to shareholders of record on Oct. 4, the company said.

Shares of the company rose 2.3% in recent trading.

Price: 23.20, Change: +0.51, Percent Change: +2.25
