Northern Trust's Q1 Net Income, Revenue Decline

07:52 AM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Northern Trust ( NTRS ) reported Q1 net income Tuesday of $0.96 per diluted share, down from $1.51 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.06.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $1.65 billion, down from $1.74 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.78 billion.
