Northisle Copper and Gold Announces Senior Leadership Changes

12:40 PM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Northisle Copper and Gold ( NTCPF ) on Friday said it is making changes to its senior leadership.

Kevin O'Kane will step in as Chief Operating Officer in addition to continuing as a non-independent director. With over 40 years of experience in the mining industry, chief executive Sam Lee said "His decades of operating leadership will bring the operational rigour and integrated mindset that will ensure we execute on our growth plans successfully".

Additionally, Nicholas Van Dyk has been appointed Executive Vice President and will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, while Robin Tolbert is retiring from the Chief Geoscientist role, effective September 13, but will continue as an advisor.

NorthIsle Copper and Gold ( NTCPF ) shares were last seen up $0.05 to $1.35 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
