07:14 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Northland Power (NPI.TO) said over the weekend that John Brace formally stepped down as chair of the board at its most recent annual general meeting.
The company also appointed Sebastien Clerc, who served about 13 years as chief executive of Voltalia, a Euronext-listed independent power producer, to its board.
Northland said that since the annual general meeting, Brace has continued to serve as a director to support a smooth leadership transition to incoming chair Ian Pearce.
Shares of Northland Power closed up 0.3% at $22.43 Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
