Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $5.77.

Total sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $10.13 billion, up from $9.30 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $9.76 billion.

For 2024, the defense contractor said it continues to expect adjusted earnings between $24.45 to $24.85 per share on sales of $40.80 billion to $41.20 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $24.62 on revenue of $41.08 billion.
