08:15 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Northwest Bancshares ( NWBI ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.26 per diluted share, down from $0.31 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.26.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income was $139.1 million, down slightly from $139.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $140.1 million.

The company also said it will distribute an unchanged quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on Nov. 18 to shareholders of record on Nov. 8.
