Northwest Natural Agrees to Acquire SiEnergy Operating

05:00 PM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Northwest Natural ( NWN ) said Monday it agreed to acquire SiEnergy Operating from SiEnergy Capital Partners for $273 million in cash, along with the assumption of $152 million debt.

Northwest Natural ( NWN ) said it plans to close the transaction in Q1 2025 and on completion, SiEnergy will become its wholly-owned unit.

The company said it will fund the transaction with a committed interim term loan from J.P. Morgan Securities.
