10:27 AM EST, 01/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Northwest Natural Holding ( NWN ) said Wednesday that it has closed its acquisition of SiEnergy Operating from SiEnergy Capital Partners, expanding its footprint in Texas.

The company said it expects SiEnergy to have a rate base of about $247 million as of Dec. 31, 2024.

Northwest previously announced the deal was valued at $273 million in cash, along with the assumption of $152 million debt.
