06:44 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Northwest Natural ( NWN ) unit SiEnergy Operating said Tuesday that it has completed its $60 million acquisition of Hughes Gas Resources from EPCOR USA.

The acquisition expands SiEnergy's regulated gas utility business in Texas and is expected to be accretive in the first full year, the company said.

After closing, SiEnergy said it plans to rebrand Hughes as Pines.
