08:59 AM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Northwest Natural Holding's ( NWN ) NW Natural Water unit said Wednesday it has agreed to buy all the interests of Infrastructure Capital Holdings, including the assets of Puttman Infrastructure.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

Upon transaction completion, Puttman Infrastructure and Infrastructure Capital President Tom Puttman will join as president of NW Natural Water, the company said.

NW Natural Water anticipates completing the acquisition in Q3, the company said.
