Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.48.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $319.9 million, compared with $290.5 million a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $310.4 million.

The company said it expects full-year 2024 earnings of $3.42 to $3.62 per share. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $3.50.

The company also maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record on Sept. 13.
